“Second month I’ve lived here very peaceful and quiet place to live. With the exception of freeway traffic noise. Security guard is always on point. If your bringing B.S. you best take it somewhere else.

“The Management And Maintenance staff are amazing! The management staff was always helpful and kind, maintenance request were always fixed within 3 business days. My only issue were bugs going inside the apartment though we did live in the first floor and some loud neighbors from the second floor. Other than that we had a great experience.”

“My time at Cottonwood Apartment has been a blessing. I’ve been here seven months and the leasing office always respond to my request. They are friendly and punctual. Maintenance is the best, they come within 24 hours most times and get the job done. I moved during the beginning of the pandemic and the Apt waived some fees reducing my April rent. More options were available for those who needed it. I definitely would refer Cottonwood Apts.”
“Cottonwood at Park Central is a rare find! The property is very well kept, and the grounds are maintained routinely. Any maintenance request or problem I have had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. My apartment is very spacious, and the neighbors are considerate. Many of my neighbors are professionals, but this complex welcomes families as well. One of my favorite parts about living here is the fact that I feel safe. The daily on-property security is familiar with the residents ,and there are regular security patrols. The laundromat, pool, and workout center are nice amenities too! Finally, the office staff is approachable and professional. They have always been very welcoming and attentive to my needs. As I write this I am realizing that I will be renewing my lease another year! I’m glad I came to read the reviews and ended up making my own list!”
